Kimber approaches everything through kindness, even when holding clients accountable to themselves. Whether assisting clients with organizational growth, business development, or strategic marketing it will always be delivered with a smile and some reassurance. Kimber’s education, experience, and wisdom combined with her natural connection to people and deep roots within the community, has enabled her to grow Custom Ideation and to help other business owners do the same.

Marketing | Business Strategist
Marketing and project management are Sarah’s sweet spot, and all of it comes with a splash of humor. If it’s not fun, why do it? Driven by her strong curiosity and mad organizational skills, Sarah delves into what motivates us, finding creative ways to direct passions into progress. She works remotely from Las Cruces, NM, and joins us in the Chelsea office during the warmer seasons in Michigan!
STACEY MITCHELL

Stacey brings over 25 years of project coordination, communication, administrative, financial, marketing, advertising, and sales experience. Whew! Stacey has done it all, and she does it with flare and focus. While currently centered on operations, don’t be surprised to see her in many roles as we continue to grow and draw on her extensive skill set. You’ll be greeted by her smile at the Chelsea office.
CARRIE KRENTZ

Carrie and Kimber have a long history working together, so it was a no-brainer to engage Carrie as our primary website developer. With more than two decades of design and development expertise, technical knowledge, and strategic sales experience Carrie uses kindness and empathy to seamlessly guide our clients through the website design and development process. While she works remotely from Collegeville, PA, Carrie’s roots are in Michigan.
